While living in the Nankang district of Taipei, we discovered a wonderful restaurant. I frequently ate lunch here with my co-workers, and my family and I frequently ate dinner here. As with many Taiwanese eating establishments, this one is owned and operated by a family. They make their noodles and dumplings by hand every day, giving them a delicious texture and flavor.

Great food and friendly people; what more could one ask for?
